VISA as an American multinational financial services corporation also wants to take an opportunity in cryptocurrencies.

Even though the company intends to continue building out its crypto platform, Alfred F Kelly Jr as VISA CEO is still questioning the ultimate utility of the sector at an investment conference.

Now VISA’s Crypto Development Program is an 18-month rotational development experience.

Thereafter, VISA is inviting undergraduate students to apply.

By its crypto development program, the company continues to build out its internal crypto talent.

A hiring post shows a statement that “designed to build a fully fluent cryptocurrency team now and for the future,”

“The program supports VISA’s mission to build a strong entry-level pipeline of talent with deep subject matter expertise in the crypto space.”

Those who hired as part of the program will rotate on teams including Crypto Product, Crypto Solutions and Digital Partnerships.

Moreover, there will any expertise in specific areas such as decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), stablecoins and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), the post said.
